Fingrid Oyj is Finland's TSOTransmission System Operator - responsible for operation and balance of the transmission grid at national level. (Transmission System Operator), with the same role as StatnettNorway's system operator for the transmission grid - owns and operates the high-voltage network and operates Elhub. in Norway. Fingrid owns and operates the Finnish transmission network, is responsible for system balance, and coordinates cross-border capacity. Fingrid is also the operator of the Finnish Datahub - the central system for metering values and market processes in the Finnish power market, operational since 2022.
