We put the data right. We keep it that way.

Røkte · HEVD

PlannedDesigned, not delivered.

In old Norwegian farming society, hevd was more than a word - it was an obligation. Land held i hevd yielded good harvests year after year. Someone had to tend it, catch faults before they grew and keep quality up over time. The same went for the forest, the roads and the fences. None of it happened by itself. Data is no different.

Even good data decays

Integrations change, new systems arrive, records are left incomplete. Small deviations grow into problems that affect operations, analysis and decisions - usually without anyone noticing along the way.

Cleanup becomes a one-off project

Many clean up thoroughly once, often tied to a migrationProcess of moving data, systems or services from one platform or environment to another.. Then the decay starts over the next day, with nobody watching.

The error propagates onward

An error in one system ends up in the next. Cleansing data in one system in isolation solves nothing if the source sits elsewhere in the landscape.

Nobody owns the follow-up

Data quality is everyone's responsibility and therefore nobody's. With no clear owner, it loses to everything else that feels more urgent.

Two phases

The service is being shaped, and the two phases below are the shape we are building it in. If data quality is already a problem for you, this is the moment to say so - at this stage customer needs decide what we take on first.

1. Onboarding - putting the data right

We understand the data foundation, analyse its quality, find the root causes and correct the errors. Not just the symptoms - we go after where the fault actually originates.

2. Ongoing operations - keeping it that way

We take over the ongoing follow-up: monitoring data quality, catching deviations early and alerting when something drops below standard. The responsibility sits somewhere.

Not limited to our own products

HEVD covers third-party systems such as KIS, NIS, ERP, SCADA and CRM just as much. That is not a sales-friendly extension - it follows from how data quality actually behaves.

The problem crosses system boundaries

Data quality problems are connected across systems. To find the cause you have to see past any single system - otherwise you are just relocating the fault.

Our own products are a starting point, not a boundary

RUNAOne register for the physical components - the whole lifetime, with traceable history and standardised designation., SPIRAOne consolidated register for metering points, installations and assets - the source of truth the rest of the chain builds on. and SEFTAValidation, estimation, and editing with versioned time series, traceability, and export-ready data. are natural places to start because we know those data models well. But the service does not stop there.

Do you know how good your data quality actually is?

Most have a hunch, but not a figure. Talk to us and we will look at what can be measured in your setup - and what should be cleaned up first.
