Rules of conduct

How we work every day

While the four core values are our moral compass, the rules of conduct are the concrete habits that guide how we behave towards each other and our clients every single day.

Tvimenning means no one stands alone. These nine rules are our shared commitment to each other.

  1. Be generous and professionally honest

Meet the world with generosity. Professional honesty is worth more than polished answers - say what you actually mean, even when it is difficult. Give more than you take, and stand by what you know.

  2. Be curious and learn from everything

Curiosity keeps us moving, and mistakes keep us honest. We ask questions more often than we give answers, and know that setbacks are not obstacles - they are data.

  3. Prioritise wellbeing and use time wisely

Good performance requires a good life. Eat well, laugh well, take breaks before you need them - and remember that the small joys are often the greatest. We prioritise what matters, and do not spend energy on what we cannot influence.

  4. Value people and relationships

No one wins alone. We actively invest in our relationships and build networks before we need them. And we talk to people, not about people.

  5. Show integrity and honesty

Trust is everything. We keep our promises, are honest, and always meet others with a desire to understand rather than to judge. In success, we are humble.

  6. Focus on action and simplicity

Action beats strategy, and 80% is often good enough - in innovation pace and internal processes. In deliveries and data quality, there are no shortcuts. We turn ideas into action rather than letting ourselves be paralysed by the pursuit of perfection. Keep it simple.

  7. Invest in professional development

Renew yourself, or you will wither. We dare to surround ourselves with people who are better than us - and we appreciate those who push us forward. Growing professionally is not a phase, it is a habit.

  8. Maintain optimism and belief in the future

It is allowed to fail. It is not allowed to give up. We choose to look forward, not backward - and we know it is never too late to start again.

  9. Seek support when life is hard

Life presents uphill stretches, both professionally and personally. Here, you should not carry your burdens alone. We encourage everyone to talk to someone and actively seek support when things are hard.

Not words on a wall

Rules of conduct are not a document we file away. They are a shared commitment we hold each other to - in good times and bad.
